What it does

Exfoliates and calms at the same time. Traditional exfoliation works, but it usually comes at a cost: redness, sensitivity, post-inflammatory marks (especially in skin types III to V). This Pod uses a PHA, an acid with a larger molecule that penetrates more slowly and doesn’t sensitize. The result: better texture without the irritation.

The active ingredients

Gluconolactone (PHA)

A polyhydroxy acid with a larger molecule than AHAs. It renews the surface, hydrates (it’s a humectant), and is an antioxidant. Suitable for rosacea according to clinical studies.

Allantoin

Calms and speeds up cell turnover. It smooths skin without triggering inflammation.

Botanical antioxidants

They protect while skin renews.
